Return or Exchange

You can return or exchange almost everything within 30 days for a full refund. Just contact us via the contact form to start the return process. Original packaging, order number and a reason for the return are required to process any request.

Customized/Personalized Products Return Policy

Customized products are only eligible for exchanges due to a product defect. In cases of a product defect, a digital image of the defect along with a clear description of the problem must be sent to us to start the defect review process within 15 days of product receipt.

Customized/Personalized Shipping Charge Responsibilities

If the defect cannot be verified via email contact, the item may be required to return to Benern for inspection. Once your packet is received, we will determine if the damage is our responsibility, in which case, we will refund the full amount you originally paid plus the shipping fee you incurred for the return. If you prefer to receive a replacement, we will be happy to mail you a new silk of your choice, free of charge, and a refund for the shipping fee you incurred for the return.
